Highland Spring is a boutique vineyard in the NSW Southern Highlands, specialising in exceptional cool climate Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris.
Tended by hand, the vineyard sits on elevated slopes of rich red basalt soil, where meticulously selected vines are cared for by hand using sustainable principles.
Highland Spring’s unique terroir produces sophisticated wines with complex fruit expression, fine tannins and layered textures, capturing the unique character of the Southern Highlands.
Our Vineyard
Situated in the picturesque Southern Highlands region of New South Wales, Highland Spring was carefully chosen for its ideal position and distinctive terroir, signalling its capacity to produce wines of exceptional quality. At 640 metres above sea level, it is both the southernmost and one of the most elevated vineyards in the region, offering a cool climate and long ripening season ideally suited to varieties Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris.
