We currently ship our wines Australia-wide.
Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched weekly on Friday after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery windows are:
- Metro areas: 2-5 business days after dispatch
- Regional areas: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Remote areas: 5-10 business days after dispatch
Packaging
We take great care in packaging our wines to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All shipments are securely packed using eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that you must be 18 years or older to purchase our wine, and proof of age may be required upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at ross@deco.net.au within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
