Pinot Gris 2023

The wine is clear and bright, exhibiting strong varietal character. Aromas of red apples, pear and peach supported by tropical fruits, pineapple and honey, and spices of cardamom, cloves and ginger, reflect this wines complexity.

The palate exhibits crisp acidity reflecting the cool, slow ripening conditions, with flavours of fresh fruit, apples and pears, some developing bottle aged characters, medium bodied and a lingering aftertaste.

A complex wine to be enjoyed young, and a perfect match with poultry or the classic Poulet Vallee D’auge.
