This wine is clear and bright, exhibiting fresh fruit aromas of yellow apples, nectarine, white peaches and with lifted floral notes of lemon blossom, gardenia and musk.

The palate is crisp and dry. Fruit driven, with flavours of apple and peach, supported by crisp lemon acidity and with a fresh, clean, lingering finish.

The versatility of these flavours would match a wide range of foods from seafood to poultry and even roast pork with a rich fruit and brandy based sauce.
