The wine is bright straw in colour, with aromas of stone fruits, cashews and some buttery brioche characters leading to a full bodied and textural mid palate, balanced acidity, with great complexity and persistence.
Well suited to roasted poultry, seafood or dishes with rich cream based sauces.
