Highland Spring is a unique vineyard in the cool climate Southern Highlands region of New South Wales. 

The terroir of rich red basalt soil and crushed limestone combined with irrigation from a permanent natural spring provide optimal growing conditions. The vines are cared for by hand and only the best fruit is selected to create this exceptional wine.
